Excellent service from Sam. Called in to ask a question, Sam helped us with what we thought May have been a scam but found it wasn’t and Sam solved the issue for us. Made an appointment for another day to purchase new phones, Sam was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable , helped us to save money on some services . Would recommend Sam and this store to anyone. Thank you Sam.

Best Telstra staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Matt and Sam are professional, friendly and extremely proficient. I observed Matt deal with a rude and aggressive customer in such a manner that any Manager would be proud of. This altercation lasted over a long period of time and Matt remained calm and professional whilst the abuse continued. No employees should have to deal with this behaviour but well done Matt! The after sales service is as good as the sales experience which can be lacking from other Telcos. It is evident that the staff here possess the skills to help, go to this store and you will be impressed.

Just recently I purchased an Apple I-phone and Ipad from your shop and was attended to by Brendan. As an elderly person having to totally rely on the sales person for guidance I was so impressed with Brendan. He advised me of the best phone suited to my needs and I am so delighted with the choice he recommended as well as that of the ipad. He actually gave up his lunch hour to complete these transactions which was a lengthy process. I was so impressed with his knowledge, patience and most of all his concern that as a client that I should have the correct product for my ability and needs. I would like to take this opportunity to thank him again for his help and add that he is indeed a great asset to your business. I would also like to add my comments regarding another staff member, Jess. Some three days after my purchase of the ipad, a very old glitch had resurfaced that previously had never been able to be resolved. With a great deal of thought, ingenuity and determination Jess fixed it - after so many people before her had failed. I wish to pass on my thanks to her again for her diligence and also add that she too is a great asset to your team. Guelda Bryant.

After many stressful hours of trying to sort out my bill via online chat and calls, Brendan was able to carry out on his promise to sort things out for me.
